Loop Earplugs for Misophonia
Loop Quiet Noise Reduction Earplugs “Thank you so much for your review, Emma! It's great to know that they are helpful in specific situation and likely to be avoided during our own eating activities.”
AfterShokz Aeropex Bone Conduction Headphones “These can be used like personal portable white noise generators, perfect for misophones. The major plus compared to earbuds or headphones is that they leave your ear canal open so that you can have conversations with others. Con is the solid non-adjustable shape of the band connecting the two earpieces, for those with small heads, it sticks out. They are also hard to wear with eyeglasses on, as there is not enough room for the sides of the eyeglasses to pass underneath the loops. I still find them helpful!!”

HEAROS Nanos for Misophonia
HEAROS Nanos Extra Small “I've been using regular foam earplugs for about a decade. Recently they started to hurt my years, so I decided to give these small ones a try. In the beginning, they felt like they were too small, but after a few days, I started to really like them. The noise protection is probably just slightly less than the regular ones, but they still block out most noises and snoring. They feel much more comfortable for me.”
Bose QuietConfort Earbuds
Bose QuietComfort Noise Cancelling Earbuds “While they are expensive, the Bose QC earbuds are quite useful to cut out some of the usual misophonia triggers. The noise canceling feature has 10 different levels, so I can chose one for dinner time and still hear the conversation or while watching TV to block out the dog's heavy breathing or in the car during a long road trip. The sound when listening to audio is of course very good -that wasn't my priority, but a nice bonus. I'm still getting used to the fit. They come with three sizes of the rubber ear portion. The shortcut feature is nice and I have programmed three different noise cancelling levels for when I double tap the left earbud for discrete adjustment. I wish they would come in a rose color for better camouflage, as they are quite big, but overall I am quite happy with the purchase.”
Mack's Foam Earplugs for Misophonia
Mack's Ultra Soft Foam Earplugs “I use these at night and they completely cut out noises for me enabling me to sleep very well. I can't hear regular snoring.”
Sony WH1000XM4 headphones for misophonia
Sony WH1000XM4/B Headphones “These work for the most part for all sorts of triggers, but were unable to completely cut out the loud construction noises nearby when only on the noise canceling mode. I can only wear them a few hours a day, then they hurt my ears.”
