I have been using them with earplugs for sleeping and for when I want to read a book in public or outside and don’t want to hear people eating or dogs barking. The battery life lasts me all night, and they stay on my head pretty good. I sleep mostly on my back & sides and they aren’t uncomfortable to me in either position. I’m giving 4 stars instead 5 only because I wouldn’t consider these noise canceling on their own, but they are good quality for the price.”
